  The Concept
   PARISHKRUTI
The only indigenous, conceptualized project aiming to heed to the need of the citizens in general and the rural illiterate, under privileged and poor in particular. This will make the administration transparent and responsive. The project is a novel synthesis of Information Technology and Human Resources.

   Making governance transparent and easy
Parishkruti was first deployed in MCH, Hyderabad during 2001. It is the brainchild of the IT visionary Sri Rajendra Narendra Nimje, IAS, the then Additional Commissioner (Fin & IT) Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad. He is the man with IT Vision, who aims tomake Khammam District IT-driven. Parishkruti, first of its kind in India, has been serving the public of twin cities successfully in redressal of grievances of MCH, Hyderabad since a long time and it has now taken shape to address the needs of the rural illiterate, underprivileged and poor citizens in KhammamDistrict.

Getting the Government closer to the governed

PARISHKRUTI reduces the gap between public and Government. People can file and track the status of their grievance/petition online. This relieves them off the harassment of middlemen by providing direct access to the administration.

   What is PARISHKRUTI?

Parishkruti Parishkruti is a web-enabled process wherein a citizen can register his grievance/petition and get it redressed by the officer concerned without much loss of time. It is aimed at making the administration responsive, transparent and accountable.

The petitioner fills the forms at the help desk, which are then fed in online tracking system. In case of the petitioner being illiterate, counselors help them with the registration. The petitioner will get an acknowledgement, which will have a unique grievance ID along with the name of the officer responsible for the redressal. This unique grievance ID helps the petitioner track the status of his petition online, anytime from Rajiv Internet Villages and Velugu Centres.

With this process officers will find it easier to address the issues inducing accountability into them. Thus enabling faster redressal of petitions. Head of Departments will monitor their subordinates. Every week review meetings will be held. Collector will be at the helm of affairs monitoring and controlling Parishkruti. This process will make the entire administration more transparent, accountable and efficient.
