The grievance will be registered in the counter and acknowledgment will be generated with the details of the unique registration number, date of registration, type of grievance, applicant's details, the department, which has to respond and the officer concerned. |

The acknowledgment will be attached to the application and the applicant will be permitted to meet the District Collector, who will endorse the application to the department and the official mentioned on the acknowledgment slip |
